Who we are

This service is operated by Salveus Labs (the “data controller”). We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email), the firm details you submit or claim, and usage data needed to run the audit and monitoring service. We never store passwords or card numbers — authentication is via OAuth/email links and payments are handled by Stripe.

Directory data

Public-register firm information is included on a legitimate-interest basis. Any firm can request correction or removal; we honour removals everywhere the directory renders.
